Verified reviewThe delivery time was a bit too long (6 business days to Poland), and I did not find all the information I needed about the product in the description on the website (e.g. the size of the helmet in cm or the class of its visor). But the rest of my experience was as I expected - I mean communication, product quality and price etc. And finally the item I ordered is suitable for me.

I ordered a ski helmet on the 2nd February and was told delivery (which I paid £4.99 for) for guaranteed deliver between 5th and 7th February. Holiday was the 9th February and still no helmet. It came the 10th. Too late I was already away!! Now I am getting the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. £11 to return the item which was not wanted due to it being delivered LATE BY THE COMPANY So all in all I’ll be £15 out of pocket for a helmet which I couldn’t use as it came late. What a ridiculous company. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOURE IN THE UK. THEY CHARGE £11 TO RETURN AN ITEM EVEN IF ITS A FAULT OF THEIR OWN!!!
