Verified reviewSmall store in great location very close to Chamois lift. Very good selection of ski equipment. Friendly, efficient and super helpful staff. Can store skis and boots in the shop very cheaply. Had to change one set of skis that didn’t suit after trying out on the slopes but this was done without any hassle. Great experience.

With a family of seven—including both younger and older kids—we know we can be a lot, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. They took the time to answer all our questions, re-check sizing when needed, and carefully measure feet to make sure the boots fit perfectly. Not a single complaint from anyone (which says a lot!). The service felt so warm and personal, it honestly felt like we’d known them forever. Prices were very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you for the patience, care, and top-notch service—highly recommended!

Verified reviewExcellent experience hiring our ski equipment. William was very helpful throughout our stay, with a personal touch. Having the ability to leave our skis and boots in the stores lockers each day made the stay much easier. Easy access to the lifts from the store (2 minute walk). William was excellent, gave us great advice on where to Ski and which mountain restaurants to use. Would highly recommend L'atelier Montagne, Skimium In Crest Voland for all your ski hire needs (and more) for that personal touch. Traveled with wife and two teenage children. Will be back and will use again. Thank you William for being so amenable.

Verified reviewThe equipment was in a very poor state. We had to go back a few times as two people in our group of 4 had issues with their binding and needed to be replaced. This is especially bad considering it was the start of the season, and the equipment was old and poorly maintained
