Rented for me and my girlfriend, her boots did not fit that well and hurt her leg so we went back to switch boots and she got new boots in about 10 minutes. Great service and a knowledgeable and social team at the desk which spoke good English :)

Had one slight problem in that my daughter has wide feet and the brand of boot given initially was too narrow. We went back after a couple of runs and changed it but worth looking out for. But service was very smooth and team were very friendly

The service was excellent, very quick, very patient with helping to find boots that fit for our large group. However it is disappointing that I was given the same skis as a friend, even though she had booked a cheaper/lower level package. This has happened in several Skimium shops in different resorts, it does not seem like the package booked makes any difference to what is provided. I will not be booking the more expensive level in future.
