I am very disappointed with my experience. After placing and paying for my order, I received no notification whatsoever that it had been shipped. Only several days later did I receive an email from DPD stating that the package was on its way. Two weeks passed and I still had not received my order, so I contacted customer service. I received no response. A few days later I sent a second email, and again there was no reply. What I did receive, however, were two separate emails asking me to leave a review. Well, here it is: poor communication, non-existent customer support, and an order that still hasn’t arrived. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
