In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewThe order arrived quite quick, but this time the packing wasn’t as good as before so the pump on one of my lotions was broken.

Verified reviewAlthough fairly obvious, the only instructions were in French. Slightly slower in delivering the product than implied, but I suspect that was a consequence of Covid and Brexit rather than inefficiency on the part of the company

Verified reviewExcellent products! You can find anything you want on their website. However, the delivery payment is high as well as time for delivery very long. All in all, I recommend them!

Verified reviewThe site is easy to use and was kept informed about the order. This comes from Europe so it usually takes a couple of weeks from ordering to items being delivered. I usually reorder in advance so I don't run out.
