In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewImprovement of communication from the company is desirable. I was concerned after placing my order that I did not receive an acknowledgement promptly. It made me question the legitimacy of the website. I did eventually receive confirmation of my order but had to wait several days for its delivery. The delivery cost is very high.
