In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewHi! The website it is good and trusted, this is not my first purchase. This time the order came a bit later probably due to the post delays and the box came damaged, one of the bottles measuring caps broken and the other one missing. That’s for sure transportation mistakes. Thank you.

Verified reviewThere is an item missing from the parcel and Sanareva never indicated this essential oil had been omitted from my order. This is not the first time this happens and I am furious at this lack of professionalism. I need this product. I am asking for Sanareva to sent it to me promptly.
