In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewAfter holidaying in France I was delighted to find the same product “le comptour du Bain” shower gel available on the website, repeating the order many, many times with no problems at all. In recent months however, after not being able to locate the product, I ordered what seemed to be a similar item, although much more expensive. Disappointed that, after placing the order I was sent an email from Sanareva offering help with the products I’d already ordered as suggestions, and also at a cheaper price to what I had paid?

Verified reviewTo be honest, it's a bit of a hit or miss with the shop. The first experience was good, things didn't take too long but in the second order, 3 out of 5 of the same products were running out in around half a year. Two are big-volume bottles as well which leaves me 1litre of the same kind of products running out in the next few months. Complained to the shop and they didn't think it was an issue what's worse is they are using new photos of the products and send you their old stock instead.
