I am quite disappointed with the service provided. My order placed in August which was supposed to be delivered got cancelled after a delay of one month. My second order placed for the same item on 9th October has yet to be delivered with no explanation but fully paid for. I am cancelling the order and will find an alternative source. Meanwhile I am going abroad next week and have ran out of supply.

Very grateful I could get hold of this product. Shipping fees were hefty but understandable given that it was imported. However it felt like a long time before the package arrived..

I didn't receive the package on time and before I travelled. It's still laying around in the UK while I am already abroad.

My experience with this company was good. Only one thing I would say: when orders are delivered please could you send a notification email. My neighbour received my parcel and I was unaware of the delivery. Many thanks!
