"Good products, but the packing is poor, boxes arrive missshaped, broken vials sometimes. For tablets is very good, no problem."

In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewOrdering was very easy, delivery took a bit longer than expected and postage and packaging was almost twice the cost of the cream. Pity the cream does not appear to be sold in the UK.

Verified reviewNever received previous shipment. I was told address was wrong and it was not. Very slow reply from customer service. Took over a month for a refund. And recently I discovered some money sitting in a so called saving account, some refund that wasn't done to my card but to a sanareva account. So weird practice. Strange company
