In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewThe product is good but the EYE WATERINGLY expensive postage of £22 in no way justifiable for such a small bottle.

Verified reviewI only gave it 4 stars a the delivery charges are extortionate in my opionion, and it takes more than a week for the items to arrive, for that lenght of time I woudl expect free delivery. Otherwise, all good.

Verified reviewPlaced an order and paid for my goods. They sent one of the two items. Then simply put a credit on my account. Several emails to eventually get a refund. Would not use these people again

Verified reviewSanareva state that the delivery of the product can be between 4-6 days ; however, my order did not arrive after 9 days and this meant it was very late as I wanted to give the one packet as a gift to someone that was travelling abroad.
