In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewVery easy to place my order and kept up to date with the status of the delivery of my order. It was received in good condition although the order wasn’t complete. Sanareva responded in minutes to my enquiry and the outstanding order was delivered the next day. Thank you and well done Sanareva!

Verified reviewI used to love Sanareva and Santé Discount but very disappointed since it has been bought by another company. For instance I've tried to contact the customer service for an order I have never received after 20 days and no answer.
