Rajapack is often described as quick and efficient, with delivery that arrives fast and boxes that are generally seen as good quality. A few customers, however, mention damaged boxes, late deliveries, and packaging that can arrive torn or crushed in transit.

Review collected by a third partyThe postal boxes are good quality. However, because we are using them for packing OUR business products, I would have expected for them to have been plain boxes and not have RAJA branding printed on them. The fact that they are branded should be detailed within the description. Also, the Kraft counter gift bags which we have purchased many times before, now have printing within the side gusset, which for a gift bag you do not want.

Review collected by a third partyEase of ordering, always able to find what I am looking for. Delivery is fast and efficient, I just wish we got free delivery over a certain amount spent, I appreciate postage/courier is expensive, however, it would be a good incentive
