Review Summary

Rajapack is often described as quick and efficient, with delivery that arrives fast and boxes that are generally seen as good quality. A few customers, however, mention damaged boxes, late deliveries, and packaging that can arrive torn or crushed in transit.

Reviews also point to useful supplies for packing machines, magnetic boxes, polythene bags, and bubblewrap, with some customers praising the convenience and the well-packaged orders. Price is the main recurring complaint, with postage and pricing described as expensive or inconsistent, and one customer also wanted clearer assembly instructions. One return was reported as unanswered, and another customer complained about unwanted mail.

We have only received half of the 10 off CB332 packing cases ordered. We have complained to RAJAPACK about this but we have not found the response very helpful

The service is excellent and delivery is very fast. Unfortunately, the quality of the products has lowered in recent years, making the higher unit price, compared to competitors, questionable.
