Verified reviewWhen my order arrived it was incorrect. There was no customer service phone number, only a message facility that specified someone would get back to me. This didn't however happen, on both occasions that I messaged. I now have 2 glass lids that are the incorrect size for the my dishes, that I ordered as replacements. The fact that there is no customer service contact seems unbelievable. I would like the items replaced but there seems to be no way of doing this. VERY disappointed with what I considered a reputable company.
