What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1438 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

Great so far. My delivery actually came with missing items first time round, but it was all resolved within a day after I emailed the team and I received the missing items a day or so later.

Satisfied with replacement lids by the packaging, oh my! This item would have fitted through the letter box but arrived in a box big enough for an office printer. Come on Pyrex - unnecessary. Hence 2 stars.

I still have 3 pyrex casseroles bought by my late wife when me married in 1976 - these items will probably survive both of us so bought this item for use in my air fryer WITHOUT THE LID of course :)

I need to return the order. No means of contacting Pyrex available on their website or by Googling. Eventually found customer support method but not helpful. I wish I’d never purchased from their own website.

I wanted some replacement lids for my small pyrex containers. I got what I wanted but not in the original colours (i.e. baby blue and baby pink). Not to worry, the peacock green lids do the job.

I found the Pyrex dish I wanted and not some cheap imitation on other websites. My order was dispatched quickly and I was kept updated by the company and courier. Well done.

I really like my new glass containers- nicely designed and almost entirely made of glass, including most of the lid. 😊
