What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1438 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

The product maybe good but customer service is non existent. I would rather 0 if I could. I did not receive part of my order. No customer service telephone number only email. I emailed the issue, email notifying me of my complaint. 4 days later still no reply. Another query logged relating to initial. Compliant quoting reference number. I sent Pyrex a message on Facebook awaiting reply. The item on order from their webpage was cheaper on Amazon by 25%. Make your own mind up before ordering

Good selection of products with lots of information available before purchase. Items were packaged well such that there was no damage to the glass. Sale prices were competitive with other retailers and postage was free after a certain amount spent, which was at a pretty reasonable amount.

I ordered 3 freezer-proof bowls to make batches of soup. Great quality. Good postal service, although all packed in an extra box. It’ll go on my compost, but seems a wee bit excessive for the size of the items.
