The measurements given are outside measurements, not inside, so you can't know whether the dish bought is big enough for your intended purpose (although you do know whether it will fit in your cupboards, if that is important to you). Worse, this information doesn't seem to be available anywhere on the web site.

Verified reviewWe received a dish with a small crack in one of the handles. You cannot phone customer services, but have to fill in an online form, and wait for them to respond. They then sent a replacement which also had a similar crack in one of the handles. We were offered another replacement, but have asked for a refund instead. They have not replied to this request.

Verified reviewI ordered a replacement lid for one that had split Not had much use so very disappointed However I have several of differing sizes and bo probles so thought it was a one off. I made an error and order the largest early July. Itbtook days to get a response as I'd asked for the order to be stopped & replaced with the next size down. Told it was too late. So I requested a refund with the purpose of reordering the right size. Its taken till the end of August to approve my return!!It's an item that will fit in a A4 envelope and cost £1 to post. I have just gone order a new lid. £5 for the lid & £5 for postage!! Having looked locally for the same product I can buy the dish & lid for £8.99. Dreadful customer on line support 😪
