What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1438 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

This company is impressively reliable. My shopping experience was very smooth, starting with the clarity of the website, the detailed information, the discount, the easy registration, payment, and the super-fast shipping—my items arrived in just one day. The support I received from Vanessa was outstanding: kind, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She immediately arranged the replacement of an item. I’m really happy with everything, thank you so much, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I would definitely recommend. Pyrex has been a go to product for me for many years. I’m still using some Pyrex dishes from 30 years ago.

Easy to use site. Great customer service from Vanessa when I had a query. Items well packed and arrived in good condition. I have bought these items previously and they are perfect for replacing plastic containers in the freezer.

Site a little confusing. Delivery and packaging of your products superb. However really disapointed that I cannot purchase the vaccumn storage lids, separately. As I incorrectly ordered the seal and store dishes in error. I felt your customer service department was very unsympathetic! I really love the fact that unlike other storage containers, you can see at a glance what's in them. Better still they make excellent serving dishes.

Best glass food storage containers that I can find. Do not chip or break easily, so last a long time. Fast delivery. Item that was out of stock was back in stock within a couple of days.
