Verified reviewI would recommend Pyrex to anyone who needed either replacement anythings (in my case lids for old Pyrex dishes) or indeed anything new. I've had my Pyrex dishes for at least 15 years and they're still going strong. What's more is that Pyrex are significantly cheaper than the products on the likes of Amazon or Ebay

Verified reviewPyrex advised me to return an order that was made in error for a full refund.The carrier returned the item four weeks ago and Pyrex refuses to give me a refund, pretending the parcel "hasn't yet arrived" when the carrier says for a fact that it has. Do not under any circumstances buy from these scum.

Verified reviewPyrex is a reputable brand for oven proof and freezer proof glassware. I have pieces which are almost 30 years old and are like new. The fact that they have not also produced plastic products is a massive bonus for me. I would rather buy from a company whose products are all free from plastic. And they are also aware of other ethical concerns like forever chemicals and products are free from these too. The products I ordered are great and received promptly.

Verified reviewI ordered two of these in error. I contacted the company before dispatch to get the order amended and twice after receipt to try to arrange a return. Tumbleweed! Nothing at all. Won’t be using again as appalling customer service. Product is fine but don’t buy from them direct if you want any type of communication from them at all
