Verified reviewWe’ve had a similar dish for years, used again and again for lasagne and pasta bakes so we’re very sorry to discover a crack through the centre. I was delighted to discover that Pyrex still offers a very similar ceramic dish, same dimensions as our original. The new dish arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. Looking forward to using it as often as we did its predecessor.

Verified reviewVery poor customer service. It is very difficult to contact them. Often contacting them my through their contact form gets muddled & you end up with a French reply!! There is no customer telephone helpline. I received this - Zero Plastic - Set of 3 storage rectangular glass dish with glass lid. They look good & were well packaged, however, I had not realised they were so large & want to return them & I'll buy the size down. If you want to return something they do not make it easy. Its not clear how to go about unlike so many other companies who make it so easy. I am still waiting for Pyrex to process my request to return - the email from them says, "pending approval".

Verified reviewYes i would recommend this genuine pyrex jug, just make sure it is genuine some might say pyrex on the jug but it is not, if it is not a genuine one with sudden temperature change can explode where as the genuine one is fine you are safe.go to pyrex.co.uk this is where we bought ours from and it should say made in France.8

Verified reviewThe site was easy to access, and I could easily find the items I wanted. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and found it after a wander through the site. The wandering was mainly for my benefit, just out of curiosity and what’s available. Good site.
