Hello, Upon reviewing your order, you had selected the standard delivery option, which typically takes about a week. For urgent orders, the express delivery option (24-hour service) would have been more appropriate. That said, your package was indeed delivered on time, as expected. However, we understand your frustration with the timing and location of the delivery. Even though the package was received by the hotel, we processed a total refund for your order a few days ago. So, rest assured, no "lost of money" for you :-) If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out! Best regards,

Fantastic cup covers - cute, colourful and fun. They really are amazing at keeping my tea hot. I love them and have bought these covers for many years - all different colours and animals. I highly recommend them especially for children. No spills when these are on your drink. DJV
