For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import fees may be charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in accordance with U.S. import regulations. These fees are determined by the U.S. authorities and are not collected by or paid to Pylones, which is why they are not included in the shipping cost shown on our website. Thank you for your reply. I love Pylones products and have always enjoyed them. This was my first time ordering a product from abroad, and I was not aware that additional import fees would apply. I believe it would be very helpful to inform customers of potential customs or import charges before they place an order, especially when those fees can be significantly higher than the cost of the product itself. I did not accept delivery of the package, so I am wondering whether it has been returned to you. I have not yet received a refund and would appreciate an update on the status of the returned item and my reimbursement. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,

Verified reviewMy experience was awful, I had to turn the order away because I was not about to pay $40.00 in tariffs for a $48.00 water bottle. Until the US gets its act together I can only buy from you in person. You should put the tariffs near the price so people know up front. I know it's not your companies fault but we are dealing with a lunatic in the White House.
