I went directly to the store and exchanged it. The problem is not with your entire store the problem is with your delivery service. This time i got a broken item last year i had asked for a gift wrap and didn’t receive it.

While to initial price was reasonable, I was surprised when I had to pay an additional relatively large tax before it was delivered to the United States. Unfortunately, your store was closed when I was visiting Europe or I would've purchased them while still there.

Verified reviewI got damaged item. The company agreed to change it and send new one. But once I sent them the broken item, they stopped to reply me. I wrote them two emails, made new request on their customer support page, wrote in instagram direct and left comment in instagram. Now I am initiating the payment revoke over my bank. I cant advice them at all.
