The mug is much smaller than expected. I also had to pay an additional $28 in "tariffs", that I had mistakenly thought would be included in the $20 shipping fee. If I had know about the additional $28, I would not have purchased anything.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the mug did not meet your expectations. Its capacity is 30 cl (10 oz), and its dimensions are clearly indicated on our website. Regarding the import duties and tariffs, these are not shipping charges. For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import fees may be charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in accordance with U.S. import regulations. These fees are determined by the U.S. authorities and are not collected by or paid to Pylones, which is why they are not included in the shipping cost shown on our website. We understand that these unexpected charges can be disappointing and appreciate your feedback. Kind regards,
S. M.

I am so happy Pylones now delivers to the UK. Being a true vintage customer, I didn't realise until I visited the shop in Avignon . It was like being in a sweet shop. I had to restrain myself when I ordered from UK to avoid import duty but my Xmas shopping angst the find something quirky is now over.

Love my item but wish it could have been more clear upon ordering that I owed a tariff fee as large as cost of item itself
