Verified reviewThe site is fine, however it needs to be made very clear to people in the UK that there are no free returns because of stupid brexit. Just putting this policy in your terms and conditions is not good or clear enough. When a UK person orders, your website needs to pop a question that says, “please note, returns to the UK are not free. If you have to return an item the cost will be paid by you, do you wish to proceed, YES or NO?”
