Thank you for the review and sorry you didnt read the terms and conditions part as it is clearly stated that after the Brexit we had to stop the free returns in UK. Customers can send the shoes on their own cots. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Thank you!

Verified reviewThe shoes are on the small size, despite me following the sizing instructions. For what reason do you not accept returns fron the UK?

Verified reviewVery poorly made shoes, poorly fitting and extremely bad customer services. I've actually contacted the company twice now and no response. What makes it worse as knowing such eco friendly brand really are not that nice and don't support uk customers when there has been a problem. These shoes which I've taken photo in are not even good enough to lounge in as they are so big and rub. No compensation for wasting my time or money has been offered.

Verified reviewUnfortunately the boots were delivered with shoelaces that didn't match the online photo. I have to say though that they offered me to return them and get reimbursed.

Verified reviewStock are not correct. You by and then are contacted to correct you order since they don't have what you have bought ... and 2 month afterwards still waiting for a solution. An experience I do not recommend. Sad since their shoes are great.
