Verified reviewFirst of all, the footwear I ordered is really comfortable. I couldn’t get the colour I wanted from a local shop but I managed to find them on natural worlds own website. The only slight negative thing I can say was that I found the delivery to be a little slower than I’m normally used to with online shopping but only by a few days. However, the reason for this, I believe, was because they were being shipped from Spain? Nonetheless, communication was good from them after I enquired as to regards a shipment date and they then arrived as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again and I would recommend them.

However, despite following the measuring guidelines I.e. measure the insole of an existing pair of shoes & ordering the corresponding size, the shoes were far too small when they arrived. As I am in the UK I am am unable to exchange them which is disappointing say the least.
