Verified reviewI bought 2 pairs of shoes in the same size (45) one fitted; one (Old Quercia) was the equivalent of size 43. There are NO RETURNS for any shoes from the UK. This not transparently communicated - you will just not find a Returns form in the packaging nor on the web site. Be careful! Customer Service communications are 'patchy' to say the least. Sadly not a great experience.

Thank you for the review but on the terms and conditions is clearly stated that there are not free returns. If you wish you can send the package back for a refund under your own costs. Thank you!

You are missing the point. Deloitte research found that 91% of consumers do not read the T&Cs. You need to spell it out as I have communicated which will help your customers to make better informed decisions.
