Verified reviewThese are light comfortable shoes for the summer, in lots of different colours. My normal shoe size is UK7, however I need at least a size 41 (a tiny bit too small, or size 42(which is a tiny bit too big). Nevertheless these are fun, and comfortable for hot summer days.

Verified reviewMy order was made three and a half weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. The espadrilles were my husbands birthday present which he will now not receive for his birthday as they have taken so long to come but more annoyingly they haven’t arrived in time for our holiday which was the whole point of ordering them. I feel very annoyed and frustrated. They are very expensive and were bought as a special gift. I have had no communication other than to say they were shipped the day after I ordered them

The update is helpful but certainly does not resolve the situation. None of this information was available to me, simply that the order had been “despatched”. Either way, a three week delay on a full price item that is clearly seasonal is very disappointing and I received mend that if international shipping and possible delays are involved you should make this clear on your website. Your company has an “English” name, why on earth would I assume that there would be delays with international customs?

Occasionally, unexpected delays or customs holds do happen, which are unfortunately beyond our direct control. In these rare cases, our role is to step in and work proactively to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.To ensure your case is resolved, we have already intervened twice: first, we filed an official claim to get the package processed through customs, and second, we have escalated it to expedite the final delivery to your address.
