We’re very sorry for the delay. Due to Brexit, orders to the UK now have to go through customs and, in your case, the parcel was selected for an additional inspection, which has caused the delay. Verified reviewI love the shoes but this is the second time I have had long delays in delivery. Both time the shoes had to be sent back, the first time because I left to go on holiday and this recent time I was staying with my mum. Such a shame as they are nice ethical products.

Actually thats not accurate in this case. I live in Germany and the second order I talk about was ordered to my house in Germany. So I experienced delays in the UK at my mums house and at my home in Germany. Plus why not tell British customers when they order that because of Brexit they maybe delayed. I would have just ordered when in Germany. I actually love your product and wrote the bad review to try and help you to get better delivery services - it's letting down the shoes.... all the best

Verified reviewI love my sabrinas. The first ones I ordered were the wrong size but the return was very easy, being able to leave it at the pick up point and not having to go to the post office. The ones I chose weren't available in the bigger size but we solved everything by e-mail, I chose a different model and received it quickly. These ones fit perfectly and are super comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase. I also find the brand very affordable, usually vegan clothing or shoes are very expensive.
