Verified reviewI have been ordering from Sushi Shop for years and I have always been delighted. Unfortunately though, yesterday’s order was somewhat disappointing. The portions were considerably smaller and the rice wasn’t cooked well enough. Sadly I’m not sure we will be ordering that frequently, but hope that our next order will be as good as it used to be!

Verified reviewAs ever, your rolls were delicious but on this delivery the miso soup was super watery and the seaweed salad had gone off and was inedible. On my previous orders these items have been great so not sure what went wrong tonight. Also, just a small exasperation - you never pay any attention at all to the ‘extras’ order! You’re happy to take money for extra soy and wasabi but never honour it - so disappointing when it doesn’t arrive and I get teriyaki thrown in. I always request no chopsticks yet every time they arrive. Just a small thing, a smidge annoying but hopefully really easy to recify!

Verified reviewI have to say that last 2 times when I had my orders, the presentation was very poor. Im not saying that the taste was wrong but everything was falling apart and surely very far of the look which I see on the website, I'm sorry but if you are the best - you have to maintain the same level all the time.
