All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewFirst time on the site and product sought was priced competitively. Decided to purchase based on past reviews. Very happy with service-shipment was fast via FedEx and product received in Malaysia within 1 week from order date. The Givi saddle bags themselves were however, a bit disappointing. I use a lot of Givi products but the saddlebags needs further development. There is a flap that binds a bag across horizontally and a single strap vertically from bottom to top which prevents a bag from slipping through the bottom. Not ridden with them as yet so can't comment if a bag will be held in securely. What's certain is that a dry bag of no more than 20 litres should be used at a stretch.

Verified reviewCustomers service was quick at responding to my questions. I received my track suit very fast especially for something oversea. I thought it would of took forever like time I ordered something overseas. The product was brand new as the description and authentic and the price was good and unbeatable. Highly recommend motostorm.

Verified reviewThis is the second time I've ordered from Motostorm, and once again, I'm absolutely thrilled with the prices, selection, customer service, and website interaction. I will continue to sing their praises to all of my friends and acquaintances at the bike nights as I continue to bask in their compliments over my gear from Motostorm. The prices and selection are head and shoulders above what I find on the bigger U.S. based online retailers. (Looking at you Revzilla) As far as shipping and delivery, I'll just say this: ordered on Friday night, received my purchase at my home on Wednesday before lunch. Amazing. I WILL be ordering from them again. Best online motorcycle gear suppliers that I've found! I'd give them six stars if I could!
