All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI ordered from Thailand. We have received good coordination from the company. The product will be received 1 month after I ordered. But the company did not inform me that I have to pay import tax. additional. I have to pay an additional 7000 baht from the order of 18000 baht. Inform the price of import tax product price. Please improve. Please inform the price of import tax in each country clearly. Thank you.

Verified reviewI have received my orders 4 days ahead of schedule. I received it in a neatly prepared packing. The items are more than what I have expected, it's better than its advertised. I had great support from their team when I needed information. I very happy and used the gear out of the box! I am very happy and I still have 2 other shipments incoming from Motostorm. I recommend this online store for fellow motorcyclists. Thank you Motostorm, great job once again!😊🙌🙏

Verified reviewThe site was well organized and the prices reasonable. My orders were back-ordered so took a month to receive and I had to reach out to the company to get any updates on timing. I would have preferred periodic notifications from Motostorm letting me know the order status. Otherwise a good experience.
