All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewCOVIT-19 is having a negative impact on business. However, Motostorm's customer service was willing to replace the defective product with a new one. They shipped the goods as soon as they were ready. The luggage arrived early. The luggage arrived from Italy to Japan in about 4 days. I am thankful.
