Verified reviewGood website, order shipped promptly and was well packed when delivered. I ordered 4 items. Unfortunately I did not receive the main item I ordered, I got a different bag to what I ordered. Whoever picked the order grabbed the wrong SW Motec bag. I've alerted Motostorm and am now waiting to see what they will do to fix this. This is the reason for 2 of 5 stars. As this was an international order it is now a massive inconvenience to return the order and wait another 3-4 weeks for the bag I actually ordered to be shipped and delivered.

Hello, Fedex have just picked up the wrong bag you sent me and it is on its way back to you. I do not think it is fair on your customers to be adversely impacted by a mistake your staff made. I need the bag I ordered for a trip in 3 weeks time so hope I receive it in that timeframe.
