Verified reviewI was not pleased to find out that motostorm has removed the sprint filter that is supposed to come in the package with my order. I feel that they tricked me by not suggesting it in the description. But the part number from Termignoni includes this filter and the instructions include it in the inventory of the package. This is a $250.00 part that I will now have to order and wait for because the upmap is designed to be used with the filter. Due to this deception I will not order anything more from you and I cannot recommend you to anyone else.

Hi, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. The product you have ordered on our website arrives directly from Termignoni. They have decided not to include the sprintfilter any more in the exhaust they send us. Indeed on our website it is not mentioned that the sprtinfilter is included because it is not any more. They say it is already mounted on all new Panigale. However if yours should not be provided already with the filter, you can purchase it separately. The code for standard filter is PM160S for Ducati Panigale V4/S/SP 1100 (2018-2022) at 70.40€, or the carbon one PM160SF1-85 at 199€.

Thank you for your response. I have purchased the carbon one from another supplier. I am unable to use my motorcycle while awaiting its arrival. My v4 is a 2019 and it's filter is choking the system. I think that termignoni should also remove it from. The packing list in the instructions and other sites offering the same exhaust should remove it from their sale page as well.

Verified reviewL'esperienza con motostorm.it è stata positiva, sia per quanto riguarda la procedura d'ordine che per la velocità con la quale ho ricevuto il prodotto. Unico punto negativo è che per le spedizioni usano UPS che applica delle tariffe assurde per lo sdoganamento rispetto ad altre ditte di spedizione (io abito in Svizzera). Suggerisco caldamente a motostrom.it di cambiare spedizioniere.
