Verified reviewI have just bought this latest modular HJC i100 helmet from this company but unfortunately does not fit me well... I think it may be defective.... but I can not return it from the USA. So I am stuck with it! If you live in the USA make sure you check returns and warranty policy before you spend your money on this place. What it looked like a good deal turned out to be a big loss for me!

You have not contacted us informing us of any defective items and it is possible to return the order within 30 days after it has been delivered from all Countries. I am not sure is defective , but sure looks that way to me. It has some plastic gear exposed on the left side...and it fits too tight on my temples. I have been wearing L helmets for ever, but this one hurts my head! So, can I return it from here in the USA if I pay for the shipping, and you will reimburse me? I would like to do that, but probably is going to be to expensive....

Yeah...nothing new there! To ship it back is very expensive, and with the risk to loose the helmet and the money...I stand with my revue. I am stuck whit it. There is not much I can do about it.But I want other people here in the USA to know about this!

The next morning I received another email with a tracking number. I received my new helmet Wednesday! I couldn't be happier that I purchased from them and the LS2 helmet is exactly what I was looking for at a great and very competitive price. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Verified reviewLots of problems with orders no help resolving problems and just a bunch of static and email exchanges. I would never do any business with this company again and they have a lot of sub businesses that are all mass confusion. When something goes wrong nobody helps never ever again. This one has prompted me to cancel all accounts including PayPal
