All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewEverything was pretty good. In regards to shipping international. Maybe collect all money (sale plus duties and taxes of country shipping to) so no surprises for the buyer

Verified reviewMy experience was flawless, the shop sent my order at the same day with UPS. The only thing that wasn't perfect - I didn't realise that I am ordering from Italy, nobody reminded me about customs fee, so when the order arrived, I had to pay about $100 more, and I wasn't happy about it.

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state this one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Thanks for your reply ,I understand that you state import tax may be applied, I understand it’s out of your control, however the boots I purchased are now more expensive than the most expensive available in this country ,but are advertised as the cheapest on the internet , hence with the tax added to it it’s not worth shopping outside the uk , Maybe one day your country can leave the eu , and no longer be held to ransom by the thieves in Brussels , Thanks Chris
