All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewIt took about a week and a half for them to even ship it out. During that waiting period I sent them several emails saying cancel if the helmet weighs over a certain limit. They replied saying the incorrect weight. They ignored my emails and shipped it out anyway ...and of course it's heavier than advertised. Now they want me to pay shipping back to them which is totally unfair when I told him not to ship it.

Verified reviewi received my order in good condition on the 21st of the month but rating is a result of the long delay. when i made the purchase, it was originally set to arrive atleast 15 days earlier. When I didn't get it on the original schedule, I emailed them and only then did I find out what the cause of delay was and what the new delivery date was.
Reply from Motostorm.it

Verified reviewMotostorm is utterly amazing! One of the challenges of owning a bike sold in low numbers in the US is finding aftermarket parts locally. I have placed multiple orders with Motostorm and could not be happier. Their prices are very competitive, and more importantly, the parts have arrived quickly from Italy - how do they do that???!!! - with reasonable shipping prices, and they arrive very well packaged and in safe, condition, just like they left the shop in. I don’t keep bikes long. But as long as I own my CB1kR, I’ll keep doing biz with Motostorm.
