All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewEfficient and fast service. Would be 5 stars if the tax payment requirement in receiving country can be made clearer. On my part, I missed any notices on taxes to be paid.

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. You were informed of the programmed delivery date when your order was placed. 10 working days this information is illustrated in you motostorm account and also at checkout before the order is confirmed. Unfortunately the shipment had to be cancelled as you informed us that you no longer needed the goods.

Verified reviewItems sent promptly and protected! When purchasing AirScud it is impossible to order IN&BOX from IN&MOTION as the company doesn't accept MasterCard or Visa payment! Be careful because the AirScud is useless without IN&BOX!!!!

Verified reviewMotostorm was great. It took a while to get my delivery, but that had more to do with US customs, etc. MS was quick to respond to UPS with regards to additional forms that were needed by customs without any promoting on my part.
