All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI ordered from Japan. I was worried because it was my first time online shopping from overseas, but I was relieved that the product arrived safely. The product arrived in a week, I was happy because it arrived earlier than expected. I would like to use Motostorm again.

Verified reviewVery misleading advert in first place. Cheapest on the net. States 7 day shipment on all sizes. Don't tell you they don't have the stock but order it off supplier. So a 3rd party straight away then ship to UK to Fed ex who charge £40 to get it thro customs. Then a week to deliver them. They do mention the import duty but not estimate it. So all in all I should have bought UK stock for £200 , cos that what I'll end up paying.!!!

Hello, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There has been one week delay beacuse the fabrics were closed ofr holidays the first week of January. As UK is not part of the EU, shipment has to go through customs. We state this on the website and on the confirmation of your order.

Yes you do with no hint of the custom cost. As I said if I had this information on day one I would not have ordered thro yourselves.

It does not depend on Motostorm but on your government, so we don't know how much it will be.

I doubt that it goes on weight and you know that.
