Verified reviewThey never provided proper shipping information to customs. Did not reply or return emails to me when I reached out to them . I spent weeks navigating details needed to get item delivered . When helmet was delivered there were additional shipping brokerage fees I had to pay on top of it all. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had on an order ever . I will never buy from Motostorm ever again .

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. You were contacted on 2 different occasions by email. Check your inbox or your spam folder. The order was shipped on the same day as it was placed. Ups had problems contacting you. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
