All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewMotostorm always has great prices and excellent service. It took about a week for my order to ship, but it arrived in Japan just three days later and the customs charge was minimal, as usual. The one thing that could be improved is the site's search engine. If often doesn't show products even though Motostorm has them. I often get better results using Google, naming the item and adding Motostorm.

Verified reviewA long time before order was despatched. A simple email update every few weeks would have been appreciated. Although the price was good I think I will go the more expensive option with prompt service in future.

Verified reviewI purchased an Arrow Sonora Titanium Approved Slip on. I received Arrow exhaust and when I opened up the parcel was shocked to find the parcel had been already opened and the contents were a used Arrow exhaust! The first thing I noticed was that the fitting bracket has scratch marks where it has been mounted and over-tightened against a washer. Inside the main fitting bracket, there are a lot of fine scratches where it's been fitted! I noticed there was an impact on the exhaust gasket flange and looking down the exhaust you can see the residue of exhaust gasses (black soot) and corrosion. Tried emailing them no response! I have put this purchase in dispute with PayPal.

Verified reviewOn the Termignoni slip on I bought, their price was unbeatable even including shipping to Canada. They are not the fastest to ship but is it always necessary to receive a package next day?? I received it 14 days after placing my order and I feel it’s ok. They could improve on email answer though. That’s why I gave them 4 stars. I recommend if your not in absolute rush😉
