I ordered Klim switchback pants from them, surprisingly Motostorm is the only place where it is not backordered, nowhere to be found in the entire US! Love doing business with them.

Verified reviewFirst time to order at Motostorm and I am not disappointed. Customer service is great, catering to all my queries and request. Initially ordered a Dainese Laguna Seca 5 before finally deciding to go for the new Alpinestars GP Plus V4 instead. Contacted Andrea and she assisted me all throughout the process. Since I also decided to order some gloves to go along with the suit, they decided to issue me a refund instead so that I am free to change/add to my order to avoid confusion. I did receive an email confirmation that the refund was processed but was informed the refund will usually take 7-10 days. So I’m still waiting for that to be credited back to my credit card. Other than that, everything went smooth and my order arrived on the promised leadtime of 6-8 days in the Philippines.

Verified reviewI ordered with the intention that it would be shipped in a few days after ordering, but the delivery was postponed immediately after ordering, and the delivery was postponed many times after that, and finally it took 8 months to deliver. I was. I couldn't trust what customer service said. You will never shop again.

We are truly sorry for the delay in shipment of your order. We informed you each and everytime there was a change in the arrival date from the manufacturer - offering also the immediate cancellation and refund of the order and you agreed to wait for it as it was out of stock everywhere. The part took a long time to be available from the manufacturer as they were missing raw materials and this caused a delay in arrival.

Only took two days to get to my doorstep in the U.S. I will definitely use Motorstorm again in the future.
