All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our clients of this on our website and on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed.

Verified reviewLiving in the US I was skeptical about buying from Motostorm, since the Givi Canyon panniers were way cheaper than what I would pay in the US. There was a slight delay with the shipping, but they let me know in time and as soon as the product was available I received it in 3 days!!! Amazing customer experience!
