All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI'm in the US and ordered a jacket from Motostrom. I'd read some bad reviews so was a bit concerned when my order was received but not processed for a over a week. But the item was then shipped shortly after i started being concerned and it is exactly what was described. I think they are no where near as well organized as a company like Revzilla, but i'm pretty happy with the deal i got.

Verified reviewLoved to look of the ArI IOM TT 2023 limited edition helmet sso i bought one ! Took 6 days to arrive from Italy to the UK after being held at customs for two days but not too bad Ll in all. The helmet should come with the tinted RX7 evo rear diffuser but it wasnt in the box so will be contacti g them to see if they can send one over. All in all, a positive purchase.

Verified reviewI was a bit disappointed with the delivery time, it took 36 days to arrived here at my place. The delivery team was okay though. With regards to the helmet, kind of disappointed too because the link of inner visor from its sliding switch was detached. I have to dismantle the inner parts to make it work. :( I hope that in my future orders, I won't experience the same.

Verified reviewThe shipping fee should have been included at the time of purchase, but for some reason I paid an additional ¥3000 for cash on delivery. I paid for it reluctantly, but I want the price display to be clear.
