All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewAll went well with the order and delivery, the only problem I had was that it was not clear that I would have to pay import duties and how much. The price even with to import duties was the same as I could get the item in England

Verified reviewThis is very unfortunate because delivery date was ok but the shipping company sub contractors were terrible, although I didn’t even touch the parcel it was crushed ripped and looked damaged beyond repair and I have photographic evedance to prove. So unfortunately I need comms kit for my business and this has delayed progress so I have had to order locally to get my comms kit .

Verified reviewBit disappointed with the delivery of ty Bike Mover, first parcel arrived with half the parts missing, so I raised a complaint with Motostrom's UK team, no response to date. But in the meantime, the rest of the parts arrived a week later, better communication would have dealt with the frustrations I had. Bike mover is of ok quality, but the handle is a tad flimsy, there's no way I can move my V Strom 650 with just the supplied handle.
