All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewOrdering was easy. Received product in a timely manner. The only issue I have is return process. Trying to figure out how you get a return label so as to send it back. The policy says that they will take the return fees out of what you get back, which I am fine with but then they just give you a return address in Italy and no explanation of a return label needed for UPS.

Verified reviewI was skeptical ordering from Italy - from the USA. I also ordered when they were closed for a break. But, it shipped on the day they would, tracking # worked through the journey and I received it in perfect condition - and quicker than some order I have placed within the country. I have found my vendor of choice to order from Europe!
