Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with you experience. We do indicate both in the website and in the confirmation email what follows: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery." The UK has been out of the European Union for three years now, and Custom charges have been requested since.

Since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the European Union and therefore the VAT does not apply on the prices when purchasing within the EU and in Motostorm. However when the package arrives in the UK it goes through customs and they may require the recipient to pay import duties on some occasion. When this is the case, they send the bill through the transport company to the recipient. There is a reminder of this eventuality on our website under "payments" section, and also in the order confirmation sent by email after the payment has been processed successfully.

I was a little wary because I didn't really trust it because it's a store I didn't know about. But it had overall good reviews. So I made the step to buy the helmet and everything went perfectly. I did have a question because I didn't receive an email with information for a bit, and then I contacted Motostorm and the person helped me with patience and kindness. The delivery went perfect.
